I will give you what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no hand has touched, and what has never arisen in the human heart.
Commentary
Paul quotes almost exactly this line as scripture, without saying where it comes from. Whether Paul knew a saying like this one, or both drew on a common source, is a live question in the dating debate.
